Refund policy
We do not accept returns- EXCHANGES ONLY.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We cannot guarantee that the new item you are requesting will be available until we receive your exchanged item.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@sebandluca.com. Please note that returned items will need to be mailed back at the customer's expense. You are also responsible to make sure that your item is tracked and delivered. If we do not receive the returned item, there will be NO exchange.
If you are exchanging an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 5 calendar days of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it is longer than 5 calendar days, we will only be able to offer a standard exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items are not eligible for exchanges. No exceptions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
