Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. If you need a rushed order, please email shopsebandluca@gmail.com and we will assist as best we can.

SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays whatsoever. You are responsible for tracking your order and making sure that it is on its way to you. Once we drop your package off, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please contact your shipping carrier if there are delivery/tracking issues with your order. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for any shipping issues caused by incorrect shipping address input by the customer. 

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
